Although they specialize in design-build, they gave us the flexibility to bring our own design vision to life and executed it well. We appreciated their honest, fair, and solutions-oriented approach whenever challenges arose, and Tate was always quick to address any issues. Communication was good —Tate was always just a phone call or text away and welcomed feedback to ensure we were completely satisfied with the final result. We were also impressed by how accurate their initial budget estimate was, with very little difference between the original projection and the final cost. While the project did require close communication and there were a few days when dust and debris made our bedroom messier than expected, the team ultimately delivered a job well done, and we would recommend them.
