I can only give Nova 5 stars because there are no options to give them more. Tate Morgan and his team exemplify everything you want in a contractor: honesty, transparency, good communication/responsive, skilled subcontractors, knowledgeable, reasonable and fair. This was hands down the most pleasant contractor experience, start to finish, I have ever had. They were able to bring my vision to life and provided a reason backed approach when making decisions and presenting options. I will be using Nova for all future projects I have at the house and will be recommending them to anyone who asks me for a residential contractor. We had such a fantastic experience with Nova! They recently remodeled our upstairs bathroom, which was a pretty complicated job—and they totally nailed it. What was once a small space with just one sink is now a beautiful, more functional bathroom with a double vanity. It feels so much bigger and better than I imagined. They also turned our front room into a home office and added a mudroom—both projects were done with incredible attention to detail. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The craftsmanship is top notch, and they used high-quality materials throughout. What really stood out, though, was how responsive and easy they were to work with. Anytime I had a question or concern, whether by phone, text, or email, they got back to me quickly and took everything I said seriously. That kind of communication is rare and so appreciated. If you’re looking for a group who does amazing work and actually listens to you, I can’t recommend Nova Design enough. We’re beyond happy with the results and would 100% work with them again!
