I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my kitchen remodel! From the very beginning, NOVA was professional, responsive, and truly attentive to my vision. We chose Nova to renovate our first floor, including a full kitchen renovation. The project involved installing new hardwood floors, removing a wall, and expanding the kitchen into the former dining room. They also replaced and reorganized all the cabinets to create a functional new layout. Dmitriy and Tate were fantastic to work with, on time, reliable, and committed to finishing on schedule. I preface my review by saying that I work in commercial construction and deal with vendors daily; I am a very demanding and tough client.
I can only give Nova 5 stars because there are no options to give them more. Tate Morgan and his team exemplify everything you want in a contractor: honesty, transparency, good communication/responsive, skilled subcontractors, knowledgeable, reasonable and fair. This was hands down the most pleasant contractor experience, start to finish, I have ever had. They were able to bring my vision to life and provided a reason backed approach when making decisions and presenting options. I will be using Nova for all future projects I have at the house and will be recommending them to anyone who asks me for a residential contractor. Cannot say enough nice things about Nova!
